Jaffa was found straying and never re-claimed. Initially he was very snappy and would have a go at everyone. Eventually he and Maggie came to a compromise and if she needed to pick him up he would turn his back to her and let Maggie pick him up so he was facing out! When a grooming course needed volunteer dogs for their students to practice on Maggie sent Jaffa so they could practice handling a grumpy customer. However he's mellowed out over the years and now he wants attention from all the volunteers and enjoys getting groomed.
