 Geraldine O'Shea is doing a triathlon in aid of Dogs Aid and is looking for sponsorship. She is doing a middle distance triathlon (equivalent to Half Ironman) so that's 1.9km sea swim followed by 90km bike ride followed by 21km run (half marathon)!
